The famous (infamous?) liver challenging Toronado Barleywine Festival starts February 13, 2010 this year. Several of your Barbeerian brethren will be involved in judging the beer, and if history is any indication many more will be busy actively pillaging the place.

Set the date on your calendars and let's plan a trip. Baja is talking flights. Roundtrip from SBA to SFO with two nights for $400 or less. Dougie and I did it for around $200 each a few years ago. The days of the road tripping 'Judge Bob' are over, but this should not prevent a group of determined Barbeerians from storming the gates....
